  4. Cook the shrimp and white wine vinegar for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes until just before al dente.
  6. Combine the drained pasta with the shrimp and onion mixture, adding reserved pasta water gradually.
