  • 1 medium Red Onion Sliced
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced, optional
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced
  • Cheese Shredded, optional (cheddar or feta)

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by dicing your cooked chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In a medium bowl, mix together the honey garlic sauce and buffalo wing sauce. Toss the diced chicken in this mixture until fully coated.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce and drizzle ranch dressing over it. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Slice the red onion, red bell pepper, and cucumber into thin pieces. Arrange these chopped vegetables on serving plates or in the salad bowl.
  4. Spoon the dressing-coated romaine lettuce over the arranged vegetables. Then, top the salad with the honey-coated chicken.
