  • 1 cup Sushi Rice Short-grain rice, rinse well
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar Use seasoned for sweetness
For the Layering
  • 1 large Avocado Ripe and creamy
  • 1 large Cucumber Thinly sliced
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Mayo Blend of mayonnaise and sriracha
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Toasted
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Green tops only

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions, about 15–20 minutes, mixing in rice vinegar while warm.
  2. Heat a skillet, add oil, sauté shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side until pink, then toss in spicy mayo.
  3. Prepare vegetables: slice cucumbers and dice avocado.
  4. Layer sushi rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber in a round mold.
  5. Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  6. Carefully remove molds and serve immediately.
