Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it with 1.25 cups of water.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix tuna with Sriracha until fully coated.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased baking dish, spread the seasoned rice, followed by the crab mixture and then the spicy tuna.
  5. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the spicy tuna layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve warm with extra Sriracha if desired.
