For the Vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup can replace for a vegan option.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Essential for flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil Use extra virgin for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil until smooth and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash and dry the mixed greens, then slice the honeycrisp apples, crumble the feta, and chop the walnuts.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced apples, crumbled feta, and chopped nuts. Toss gently to mix evenly.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  5. Transfer to plates and serve immediately.
