  • 1/2 cup sugar-free instant Jell-O cheesecake mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free instant Jell-O vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Crush graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. Combine with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a 10-inch pie dish and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Filling
  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and eggnog, mixing well.
  3. Add ground cinnamon and nutmeg; blend until spices are distributed.
Thicken the Filling
  1. Add cheesecake mix and pudding mix to the eggnog mixture and beat until thick.
Whip Cream
  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Combine
