Step‑By‑Step Instructions for Unstuffed Pepper Skillet
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add chopped bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until peppers are tender.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix to coat evenly.
