Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with your all-purpose seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, then form into 8 patties that are about ¼ inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the crumbled bacon. Fry bacon until crispy, about 5–7 minutes, then remove and let it drain, reserving about a tablespoon of bacon grease.
- In the same skillet with reserved grease, add butter and place the beef patties. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Return patties to the skillet for a short rest. Using the same skillet, add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing over medium heat until onions are golden, about 4–5 minutes. Pour in whiskey and allow to reduce for 2-3 minutes. Stir in BBQ sauce and simmer to meld flavors.
- Return the cooked patties to the skillet, gently coat each in the sauce, and warm for an additional 2 minutes.
- Toast the insides of the slider buns on a griddle over medium-low heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble sliders with a bacon-topped patty on the buttered bun, top with extra sauce and secure with a pick.

Notes
Prepare components in advance for a quick assembly. Adjust seasoning to taste and consider grilling buns for added texture.
