  • 1 cup pepperoncini or banana peppers for milder flavor
For Flavoring
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or fresh for better flavor
  • 1 tsp dried basil or fresh for better flavor
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar apple cider vinegar works too
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice for a twist
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley for garnish just before serving
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese or vegan cheese alternative

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Toss warm pasta with half of the dressing in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the pasta with mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, and pepperoncini. Toss to combine.
  4. Add the remaining dressing and fold gently to coat the salad.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to chill and enhance flavors.
  6. Garnish with parsley and parmesan before serving.
