- In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, lemon curd, and limoncello. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with a splash of water. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the liquid, about 2-3 seconds per side.
- Spoon half of the lemon mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers, spread evenly. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with powdered sugar and garnish with lemon zest and mint leaves.
