Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, lemon curd, and limoncello. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with a splash of water. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the liquid, about 2-3 seconds per side.
  3. Spoon half of the lemon mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers, spread evenly. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining mixture.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, dust the top with powdered sugar and garnish with lemon zest and mint leaves.
