For the Coating
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Fresh grated is best.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can use avocado oil as an alternative.
For Assembling
  • 6 count Slider Buns Gluten-free buns can be used.
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Homemade or store-bought.
  • 6 slices Mozzarella Cheese Fresh mozzarella recommended.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Slice chicken breasts into slider-sized pieces and coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook coated chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Assemble sliders by laying chicken on the bottom half of the slider buns, drizzling marinara sauce over, and adding a slice of mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake assembled sliders in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side.
