Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Dough: Make your gluten-free pizza dough according to your recipe or package instructions. Cover and let it rest.
  2. Let it Rise: Place the dough in a sealed container in a warm area. Allow it to rise for 1 to 2 hours, until puffed up.
  3. Chill Dough: Refrigerate the risen dough for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
  4. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  5. Shape Dough: Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface into an oval shape about 12 by 15 inches.
  6. Transfer Dough: Move the shaped dough onto a parchment paper for easy transfer to the oven.
  7. Make Garlic Paste: Mix minced garlic with kosher salt to create a paste.
  8. Brush Dough: Combine the garlic paste with melted butter and brush it over the dough.
